Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, replenishment, order selection and loading.
• Manage labor hours, schedules, and consumables within budget.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and security of warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with other departments and third‑party vendors for efficient operations.
• Review audits and documentation (HACCP, catch‑weight) and accuracy.
• Develop budgets, profit plans and capital requests as needed.
• Monitor metrics and implement efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Lead staff through discipline, development, and performance reviews.
• Ensure use of receiving, selection and loading software and systems.
