Job summary

Target is hiring for an inbound operations leadership role in California. The position involves leading a team to ensure product is available, correctly priced, and signed on the sales floor, while guiding daily tasks and maintaining guest-focused operations.

A fast-paced retail environment requires strong teamwork and flexibility. Responsibilities include staff development, safety, process adherence, and driving store performance through effective workload planning and customer service

Qualifications

Guest-first culture and service mindset are essential.
Understanding department sales trends, pricing and promotions.
Ability to plan daily/weekly work to meet priorities.
Experience leading hourly team members and coaching talent.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
Ensure every team member understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
Observe performance and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing strong guest experiences.
Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
Execute daily/weekly workload to hit department and store sales goals and engage guests.
Lead and develop the GM Experts from onboarding to ongoing training.
