Target is hiring an Inbound Operations Team Leader in a full-time, on-site role. You will lead hourly team members, ensure guest experience commitments are met, and manage daily workloads to hit department and store goals.

Responsibilities include training staff, driving operational excellence, and maintaining product availability while upholding safety and compliance standards. A high school degree is required.

• Assist on busy shifts and cover roles such as back-up cashier or OPU/Drive Up as needed.
