Job summary

Target in California is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to drive guest experience and operational excellence on the GM/Inbound team. You will lead hourly team members, manage daily tasks, and ensure products are available, accurately priced, and merchandised for a smooth store flow.

The role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest experience commitments in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of department sales trends, inventory, pricing, promotions.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience standards.
• Lead and mentor hourly team members, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Review metrics and act on opportunities to improve guest experience and store outcomes.
• Schedule and assign tasks to meet daily/weekly workload and store priorities.
• Support inventory accuracy, product availability, and pricing integrity.
