Target in Champaign, IL seeks an Inbound Operations Team Leader to guide a team responsible for guest experience, merchandising, and efficient store operations. You will plan daily workloads, coach hourly team members, and ensure timely replenishment and accurate signing across GM areas.

The role requires leadership under fast-paced conditions, strong communication, and a focus on coaching, development, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently across shifts.
• Ensure team is trained and delivers Target's guest experience and store operations.
• Review metrics and identify opportunities; take action to improve outcomes.
• Lead and develop GM Experts from selection through onboarding and training.
• Maintain product availability and accurate inventory to support sales goals.
