Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and hold team members accountable, while coaching and developing talent.
• Lead inbound operations, including planning workload and optimizing backroom to floor flow.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage daily tasks, shift coverage, and communicate priorities with leadership.
