Target in Machesney Park, IL is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to guide a team of hourly associates and drive inbound, receiving and stocking activities. You will help ensure accurate, timely product availability and the guest experience remains Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are 18+, and bring basic retail experience with a strong focus on leadership, accountability, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced store

Qualifications
