Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader in California to oversee daily inbound processes, drive guest experiences, and manage a team of hourly associates. You will ensure accurate merchandising, timely restocking, and efficient operation of the GM areas.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and maintaining safety and quality standards while supporting store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Schedule daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Ensure product is available for purchase and maintain safe operations.
• Assist in organizational and operational change.
