Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and store performance. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, execute daily plans, and ensure shelves are well-stocked, accurately priced, and clearly signed.

In this role you will coach and develop your team, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with leaders to achieve sales goals while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience in retail or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-friendly store.
• Lead hourly team members, coach, and develop talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and priorities.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, signing, and stock availability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention practices.
