Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of General Merchandise teammates to ensure guest experience standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and staffing needs.
• Model and enforce Target's guest experience commitments and safety policies.
• Review metrics and provide feedback to improve performance and operations.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure product availability and accurate signage.
• Guide onboarding and ongoing training for GM Experts and hourly team members.
