Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader at our Falls Church, VA location. In this role you will supervise hourly team members, plan daily workload, and ensure timely unloading and stocking of merchandise while maintaining guest-focused service and safety standards.

You will analyze area metrics, coach staff, and drive efficiency across inbound processes, with opportunities to lead change and develop talent in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of hourly associates and assign daily tasks.
• Plan and monitor workload to meet sales goals.
• Ensure accurate inbound unloading, stocking and signing of merchandise.
• Maintain guest service commitments and safety standards.
• Lead onboarding, coaching and performance feedback.
• Support store leadership in operational change and process improvements.
