Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager and optimize client-based operations. The role emphasizes labor efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across warehouse and distribution activities.

You will conduct operational analyses, monitor procedures, and drive Lean initiatives while maintaining a strong client focus and teamwork at the site level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (where applicable).
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary. This may involve traveling to various locations within the specific region for the client.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals.
• Oversee operations and ensure objectives are being met.
• Act as Location’s point of contact in absence of General Manager.
• Ensure the planning and scheduling of third-party transportation services are executed in a timely manner.
• Manage dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation.
• Represent the Company by maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring contractual and ongoing relationships.
