Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations at a designated distribution center or cross-dock facility. You will guide a team of Warehouse Associates to meet operational goals and collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance.

The role requires safety-first handling, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading a team toward goals; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work with strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with team and management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet operational and customer demands.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Intermediate computer skills.
