NAPA Auto Parts in Waipahu, HI is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to lead inbound operations at our distribution center. You will report to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager and drive safety, efficiency, and team engagement across inbound teams and activities.

Responsibilities include implementing strategic inbound plans, training staff, managing budgeting and cost controls, and resolving supplier or customer issues while maintaining compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a distribution center or similar environment.
• 1+ year in a managerial role and/or leading teams.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with GM/AGM to implement strategies for efficiency and productivity.
• Manages inbound operations, scheduling, docking, receiving, stocking, and safety.
• Trains and develops employees to maximize efficiency and handle gaps.
• Addresses inquiries from suppliers, delivery partners, and customers promptly.
• Monitors receiving errors and partners with DC management to resolve issues.
• Oversees asset protection and cost management with process improvements.
