Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Spokane, WA is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor to lead receiving, stocking and related activities. You will ensure loads are scheduled, paperwork reconciled, and quality parts stocked while fostering a culture of engagement and problem-solving.

You will mentor team members, uphold safety protocols, and drive improvements in inbound processes. A valid forklift and pallet jack certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complies with safety requirements for distribution centers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop cooperative working relationships.
• Good organizational and judgment skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and operate equipment safely.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound operations and coaches others on completing work, monitors progress and troubleshoots as needed.
• Manages inbound freight organization, scheduling, unloading, receiving, stocking and housekeeping.
• Upholds safety and security rules for a safe work environment and proper receipt handling.
• Monitors cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Mentors warehouse staff to promote engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborates with DC management to investigate and resolve receiving errors.
• Protects assets, ensures receipts are tracked and put-away is completed.
• Reconciles daily received loads and completes put-away procedures.
