Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to be the primary contact for mortgage clients, maintaining long-standing relationships and guiding inquiries. This role emphasizes phone-based client interaction and cross-training within the Servicing team.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Onsite, full-time position on the UWM campus, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years experience in customer service handling high call volumes or 1+ year in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, PivotTables).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming calls from clients.
• Make outbound calls to clients.
• Respond to client emails.
• Work various reports as assigned.
• Aide and oversee sub-servicer.
• Cross-train to learn other Servicing areas.
