Qualifications

• Handle 45–60 inbound calls per day with 2–7 min average duration.
• Serve as primary contact for mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, agents, and institutions.
• Respond to questions on mortgage payments, escrow, and homeowners insurance.
• Research inquiries across multiple systems and document interactions per policies.
• Provide timely, accurate service while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Resolve concerns using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Navigate multiple applications with attention to detail and empathy.
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, insurers, and financial institutions.
