Job summary

Arvato seeks an Inbound Clerk to coordinate domestic and international loads, manage yard workflows, and maintain clear communication with clients, carriers, and vendors. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, issue resolution, and adherence to bill of lading procedures.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting while keeping organized records. Experience with manufacturing or distribution and SAP knowledge are a plus in this fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Domestic and International loads.
• Manage Yard Management workflow for container and trailer logs.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors by phone and email.
• Handle office supplies and department needs.
• Track shipments and report discrepancies to the service delivery team.
