Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Inbound Specialist, Ground in Hebron Estates, KY to own the inbound portion of ground shipments from origin to invoicing. You will coordinate with outbound, monitor in-transit status, pre-alert warehouses, secure POD, and reconcile data across TMF and Descartes Aljex to ensure accurate billing.

Ideal candidates have experience with TMF/Aljex, strong attention to detail, and the ability to escalate exceptions, maintain milestones, and support the billing

Qualifications

• Experience with transportation management systems and dual-system data parity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document audits.
• Ability to reconcile costs and revenues across two systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments in Aljex; ensure ownership and single-point responsibility.
• Track ETA, update milestones, and pre-alert warehouses for deliveries.
• Obtain POD and audit against references, assets, and piece count.
• Close files with billing by reconciling FCC notes and post documentation.
