Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Operational Account Coordinator, Ground in Kentucky. You will be the primary contact for a designated customer, turning requests into validated bookings in the TMF system and overseeing consolidation decisions.

You will manage customer communications, confirm appointments, monitor shipments, and escalate issues to keep operations smooth. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and experience with TMS and cross-border documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer order platforms and TMS reconciliation.
• Ability to read load boards and coordinate consolidation.
• Familiarity with cross-border docs and compliance.
• Strong written communication and escalation skills.
• Organizational skills for high-volume requests.
• Proactive in preventing exceptions and delays.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer account communications, escalations, and status requests.
• Review open loads to determine consolidation opportunities before booking.
• Coordinate TMF templates, BOLs, and system updates with teams.
• Ensure bookings are complete and accurate at first release.
• Escalate operational issues with facts and required decisions.
• Provide proactive notifications of at-risk shipments.
