Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Ground to lead the Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams across the full ground shipment lifecycle. You will ensure coverage, drive data integrity between TMF and Aljex, and coach staff on TMF, Aljex, and related tools.

This role requires strong leadership, a focus on process excellence, and the ability to escalate issues with factual accuracy while maintaining continuous improvement across shift changes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising within a 24/7 rotating shift model.
• Hands-on operating experience with TMF and Descartes Aljex.
• Ability to manage throughput and drive data integrity.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of US domestic ground freight lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound and inbound specialist teams and ensure coverage.
• Lead shift handovers and continuity across rotating crews.
• Monitor bookings, assign ownership, and escalate issues with facts.
• Drive data quality and SOP adherence across TMF and Aljex.
• Coach development and performance of team members.
