Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Outbound Specialist, Ground to own the origin half of ground shipments, building files in TMF and Descartes Aljex, generating BOLs, securing pickups, and ensuring accurate data parity across systems.

You will coordinate with Capacity Planning, monitor appointments, and provide in-transit visibility using Tive and MacroPoint while maintaining high accuracy and timely handoffs to Inbound staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in transportation operations or related logistics role.
• Hands-on experience with transportation management systems (e2open TMF and/or Descartes Aljex preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Build shipment files in TMF and Aljex; trigger EDI bookings and finalize BOLs.
• Verify data, asset details, and references before booking; ensure parity across systems.
• Audit TMF against signed BOL and reconcile assets and revenue.
• Provide in-flight visibility using Tive and MacroPoint and manage proactive escalations.
• Complete origin departure handoff to Inbound Specialist and maintain clear milestones.
