Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of working or internship experience in a legal sector role, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous approach to complex structures.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving compliance environment.
• Familiarity with fund structures, offshore jurisdictions, or KYC tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dig into transaction structures with deal teams to identify counterparties and assess risk.
• Unpack ownership structures such as fund vehicles, SPVs, partnerships, and trusts.
• Drive materials-gathering and documentation for timely KYC reviews.
• Keep deals compliant by coordinating with legal and compliance across jurisdictions.
