Responsibilities

• Perform KYC due diligence on deal structures, counterparties and funds.
• Unpack ownership and control structures across vehicles, SPVs, partnerships and trusts.
• Coordinate document collection with deal teams, legal and compliance to complete KYC reviews on time.
• Flag AML/CTF and regulatory issues early to keep deals moving toward closing.
