Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years in customer service related industry preferred.
• Experience in Inside Technical Sales/Application Engineer role with an Industrial Distributor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to customers by processing orders and inquiries.
• Responds to customer inquiries and reviews purchase orders.
• Expedite orders and manage returns while coordinating with vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors.
• Support Outside Salesman and maintain high customer service levels.
• Ensure on-time delivery and monitor open orders.
