Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Customer Service related Industry preferred, experience in an Inside Technical Sales/Customer Service/Application Engineer role with an Industrial Distributor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell FCX products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, providing technical/information, soliciting orders and suggesting related products.
• Manage orders from quotation to collection; select and specify products using FCX/vendor tools, respond to inquiries, process orders, and review special conditions.
• Check availability and ship dates; increase order size by suggesting related items and referencing customer history.
• Process and expedite orders, returns, and vendor communications; create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary; work with Outside Sales to maintain superior customer service.
