Job summary

FCX Performance / Simone, part of Applied Industrial Technologies, is seeking an Inside Sales Technical Specialist in Appleton, WI. You will build and expand relationships with customers and our outside sales team, handling orders, providing technical information, and delivering solutions to meet process flow control needs.

You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and sales results, with benefits including 401K, insurance, time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years' experience in Customer Service industry preferred.
• Experience in Inside Technical Sales/Customer Service/Application Engineer roles with an Industrial Distributor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services by processing orders and inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and review purchase orders.
• Check availability and confirm ship dates.
• Increase order size by suggesting related items and leveraging buying history.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to maintain superior customer service.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate processing of orders.
