Job summary

FCX Performance in North Canton, OH, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. In this full-time role you will build relationships with existing customers and support our outside sales team by identifying process flow control and instrumentation needs.

You will process orders, quote delivery dates, and provide technical information to maximize customer satisfaction and sales results. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–3+ years in customer service or inside sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years’ experience in customer service or inside technical sales.
• Experience with industrial distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers by processing orders, inquiries on price and delivery.
• Maintain orders from quotation to collection.
• Select and specify products using FCX tools/software.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Expedite orders and returns; coordinate with vendors.
• Work closely with Outside Sales to drive business and service levels.
