Job summary

WOC Energy - Mansfield is seeking an energetic inside sales professional to convert inbound inquiries into loyal customers. You’ll own the customer journey from first contact to signed agreement, coordinating with installation teams and staying current on offerings.

In this role, you’ll hit conversion targets, work across regions, and use Salesforce to track activity. We offer a pay structure with $24 hourly plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Proven success meeting/exceeding sales goals in a phone-based role.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations with accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via IVR, phone channels, and web submissions.
• Qualify customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
• Convert opportunities across move-in/out, provider switches, and new residential customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process toward first-call resolution when possible.
• Maintain regional coverage and adjust priorities with call volume.
