• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of energy sales consultants to meet and exceed targets.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Stay current on residential energy products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
