Job summary

CMP ENERGY is seeking an experienced inside sales professional in the United States to drive inbound growth. You will serve as the primary contact from inquiry to signed agreement, guiding customers through the sales process and coordinating with service teams for installations.

You’ll use Salesforce to record interactions, chase targets, and maintain accurate lead data, aiming for high conversion and revenue while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a phone-based sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via IVR, phone, and web submissions.
• Qualify customers and recommend fitting solutions.
• Convert opportunities across move-in/move-out, provider switch, and new residential segments.
