Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an Inbound Specialist to manage the ground delivery lifecycle from origin to invoicing. You will maintain in-transit visibility, secure PODs, and post milestones in TMF and Aljex, ensuring accurate data parity across systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, TMF/Aljex experience, and strong attention to detail to support timely billing and revenue reconciliation. Based in Houston, this on-site position offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation operations, delivery coordination, dispatch, or related logistics role.
• Hands-on experience with transportation management systems; direct experience with e2open TMF and/or Descartes Aljex strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of US domestic ground freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal).
• Demonstrated accuracy with document audit work—matching PODs to system records and resolving discrepancies before billing.

Responsibilities

• File pickup and in-transit management, ensuring ownership and tracking across systems.
• Coordinate delivery, obtain POD, and ensure documentation matches shipment records.
• Update milestones and reconcile cost/revenue in TMF and Aljex; pre-alert billing when ready.
• Lock completed files to prevent downstream billing; support billing with required documentation.
