Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Inbound Specialist, Ground to own the destination leg of ground shipments from origin departure through confirmed delivery, billing readiness, and final invoicing. You will coordinate across e2open TMF and Descartes Aljex, maintain in-transit visibility, pre-alert receiving warehouses, and secure and audit PODs for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• Experience with real-time shipment visibility and telematics platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of TMF and Aljex systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s or related degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery leg, monitor in-transit status, and reconcile ETA against appointments.
• Obtain signed PODs, audit against shipment records, and file documents.
• Close files with revenue and cost reconciliation, and pre-alert billing.
• Escalate delivery, transit, and security exceptions promptly to appropriate teams.
• Maintain data parity between TMF and Aljex and support cross-system updates.
