Job summary

Crane Solutions LLC is seeking an Inbound Specialist to own the delivery leg of ground shipments, ensuring in-transit visibility, POD accuracy, and timely data reconciliation across TMF and Aljex. You will coordinate with carriers and warehouses, manage exceptions, and support billing with complete documentation.

The role requires experience with TMF/Aljex and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with real-time visibility platforms and telematics tools.
• Familiarity with freight billing workflows and complete, billable file handling.
• Understanding of cargo security and chain-of-custody requirements.
• Experience supporting high-value or security-sensitive programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage shipment in-transit, confirm delivery ETA and milestones.
• Obtain signed PODs, audit against references and assets, and file documents.
• Coordinate pre-alerts to receiving sites and update two systems in parallel.
• Escalate transit or delivery exceptions to the appropriate staff promptly.
• Support billing by pre-alerting, reconciling, and closing files on time.
