Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston seeks an Inbound Specialist, Ground to manage the destination leg of ground shipments from pickup to delivery, reconcile charges, and prepare files for billing. You will coordinate with e2open TMF and Descartes Aljex, track milestones, and ensure data parity across systems.

You will own the delivery lifecycle, obtain POD, resolve discrepancies, and escalate security or transit issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in transportation operations or related logistics role.
• Hands-on with transportation management systems; familiarity with TMF/Aljex preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to audit PODs and reconcile data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound ground shipments from origin to delivery.
• Obtain signed PODs and verify against BOL and milestones.
• Post delivery milestones in TMF and Aljex and prepare files for billing.
• Escalate transit, security, and delivery issues promptly.
