Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kansas City, MO to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and handling requests with timely, professional service.

You will handle calls and correspondence, support product selection, and coordinate requests including pricing, expediting, billing, and credits. This role emphasizes courteous communication and problem solving to keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education required or equivalent.
• Degree preferred: 2-year or 4-year higher education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
• Provide support on product selection and application
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
