Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri. You will be a primary contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, courteous support.

The role emphasizes communication, product guidance, and assisting with order-related activities to ensure satisfaction. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with a starting pay of $24.63 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
• 4+ years experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
