Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Collections Specialist I - Auto to be the first point of contact for our auto loan customers. You will handle inbound calls, build relationships, and offer solutions in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in phone or face-to-face settings.
• Ability to multitask with computer systems and work accurately.
• Ability to manage complex customer interactions using empathy, composure, and sound judgment.
• Ability to learn products and systems quickly and seek feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high volume of inbound/outbound Collections calls (potentially over 100 daily).
• Provides comprehensive support for financial products during calls.
• Interprets customer needs and delivers insights.
• Navigates multiple computer systems with efficiency and adaptability.
• Works independently and with the team to achieve goals.
• Follows all regulatory and departmental practices and procedures.
