Job summary

Amazon in the United States (Arlington, VA) is seeking a Customer Acquisition Representative for AWS Digital Acquisition. You will engage inbound interest, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architects and Field teams to accelerate deals.

The role blends technical credibility with sales acumen in a fast-paced cloud environment. You will discuss architecture, migrations and cloud economics with executives, supporting a high-performance, data-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience in IT sales and navigating enterprise accounts.
Ability to identify opportunities by engaging senior executives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries via forms and live chat, turning interest into opportunities.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover technical requirements and business challenges.
Talk with customers at all levels about cloud architecture, migrations and economics.
Accurately assess fit, timeline and budget before routing to sales teams.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Field Sales across US/Canada for smooth handoffs.
Maintain detailed pipeline activity and leverage reporting to spot trends.
Continuously deepen AWS product knowledge and stay ahead of competitive conversations.
Bring bias for action to engage and accelerate opportunities.
