DSI is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to assist AT&T customers inside national retail environments. You will engage with customers and store staff to resolve billing, plan changes, device support, and service concerns on the sales floor.

You will troubleshoot devices, navigate multiple systems, and document interactions while adhering to privacy and compliance standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
