• Troubleshoot wireless devices and network issues in a high‑volume retail setting.
• Operate effectively while maintaining professionalism during peak traffic and escalations.
• Act as the AT&T subject‑matter expert for retail employees and third‑party partners.
• Lead in‑store support for retail escalations and collaborate with store leadership.
