You will manage mannequin styling, signage updates, and weekly or seasonal changes to support sell-through and a world-class floor experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with store leadership, executing consistent brand visuals, training teammates on display techniques, and delivering engaging guest

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell‑through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and seasonal changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
