lululemon seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-aligned product presentation and展示 to life in stores. You will manage mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes, delivering world-class guest experiences on the floor.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize store navigation, execute compelling product stories, and provide on-going training to teammates while supporting a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Formación

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising or fashion merchandising.
• Knowledge of color theory and visual display techniques is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM on floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and placement.
• Manage VM flips, signage, and seasonal changes.
• Provide on-floor product education and guest assistance.
