lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand presentation to life on the sales floor. You will manage product storytelling, mannequin styling, signage, and in-store campaigns to optimize the guest experience.

This role requires collaboration with store leadership, a keen eye for color and layout, and the ability to travel to assigned stores. A background in retail/visual merchandising and strong communication skills are highly valued in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Willingness to travel to assigned store(s) as needed

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM updates including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and integrate omnichannel programs into the end-to-end experience.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
