Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor across activewear displays, product stories, and mannequin styling. You will collaborate with store leadership to create world-class guest experiences and drive in-store sell-through.

The role requires 1 year of retail or sales experience, exposure to visual merchandising or design, and comfort with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Ability to move and arrange displays and fixtures as part of VM programs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor
• Maintain brand standards in key product stories and placement to support guest experience and sell-through
• Execute visually appealing product presentation in line with company standards
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merchandise changes
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training to team members on branding and display techniques
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment
