Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate in-store product presentation and guest experiences. You will manage mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal displays while aligning with brand standards and campaigns to drive sell-through.

In this role, you will collaborate with store leadership, engage with guests for product education, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment. 1 year of retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class guest-centric experience.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merch changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques to team members.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships.
