lululemon is hiring a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage window activations and weekly merchandise changes, and provide product education to guests, while supporting a respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs and provide product education integrated with omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training to team members on brand standards and display techniques.
