Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Burlington, MA to bring brand standards to life on the floor. You will orchestrate product presentation, mannequin styling, signage, and weekly changes to create a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, deliver education on visual display, and support omnichannel initiatives while maintaining a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; training or degree in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product stories, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and integrate omnichannel programs into the experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
