Formación

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product stories, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
