Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand visual standards to life across our stores. You’ll style mannequins, curate product displays, and support seasonal campaigns to create a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Requirements include at least 1 year of retail or sales experience and exposure to visual/fashion merchandising, graphic or interior design, or space planning. Some education or related field experience is helpful.

• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experience through consistent brand standards in product stories, placement and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
